The problem
Pacific Coast Dental ran three offices across the San Fernando Valley. Each location used a different scheduling tool. Front desk staff manually re-entered new patient info into QuickBooks. Marketing had no idea which campaigns brought in actual paying patients.
What we built
We rebuilt their website on Next.js with a unified booking flow connected to all three locations. New patient forms now write directly to Salesforce Health Cloud. Patient billing pushes to QuickBooks nightly. We added campaign tracking so marketing can see cost per acquired patient by source.
The outcome
- Front desk reclaimed ~12 hours per week previously spent on data entry.
- Online booking grew from 8% to 41% of new appointments within three months.
- Marketing identified Yelp as the highest-value patient source — redirecting spend.
